Priority Service Call & Tune up Policy:
- We will call customer to schedule appointment.
- All computers must be at same address.
- Non functional Computer(s) will incur additional fee.
- Computer(s) requiring more than 1 hour of service will incur additional fee.
- Peripherals tested for functionality only, such as printers, scanners, web cams, cameras and any device not used for basic operation of computer.
- * One Hour minimum of anytime service required to use.
- 30 minutes round trip travel included per visit.
